Today there is a video and pictures update that shows less bondage, as a more an other part of Breathplay workout,

Because of the last breathless workout you asked for more, so I have adapted an other of my six pack workout as a breathplay workout.
Usually this is a six pack workout for advanced beginners. If you are untrained, it may be that this workout is too exhausting without breathplay for you. (For more information, warning and pictures read the details :))

Because no one kept 60 minute workout with no fresh air (myself included).
As an improvement to the last video I selected a workout for advanced beginners.

The structure of the workout
- Gas Mask with Rebreather – if you don’t have a rebreather, you can also use a bag and a gas mask tube (see the video or pictures)
- Following Six Pack Workout for Advanced Beginners (my chosen workout goes 10 to 15 minutes)
- Most likely you will not not finish this workout out of one breathing bag of air! So note:
- if you have not enough air, take off the gas mask an breath fresh air.
- !!! Remember that at all times. Whenever you feel like you need to breathe fresh air, take off the mask and take deep breath !!!
- You’ll notice that even I do that in the video!

At first I’ve filled my bag with (my) air. (This allows you to manage the duration of the workout more likely)
First workout
3 sets of 10 Sit Ups
- One is one sit up…
- Do this 10 times
- after that take a break of at least 15 sec, better 30 secs
- if you have not enough air, take off the gas mask an breath fresh air.
- !!! Remember that at all times. Whenever you feel like you need to breathe fresh air, take off the mask and take deep breath !!!

- start with set 2 of Sit Ups
- take the break and
- start set 3
- take the break
Second Workout
3 Sets of 10 Crossover Crunches 1 SET = 10 LEFT/RIGHT
- One Crossover Crunch is one to the left and one to the right …
- Do this 10 times
- after that take a break of at least 15 sec, better 30 secs
- if you have not enough air, take off the gas mask an breath fresh air.
- !!! Remember that at all times. Whenever you feel like you need to breathe fresh air, take off the mask and take deep breath !!!

- start with set 2 of Crossover Crunch

Last Session of this Workout
3 Sets of 10 Thread the Needle
- A Thread the Needle is one left or right … For a balanced workout you should separate this exercise, i.e. 3 sets each thread the needle to the left or to the right.
For the video, I have combined the exercise. So, I did itself 2 times to the left and once to the right. In the “optional” extra set I have balanced this (see below)

Extra (Optinal) Workout Set
You have enough power and air? Start an extra set… I chose Thread the Needle (to the right).
If you want to do this workout on a regular basis, change the extra set. Always choose this from one of the already completed sets.
- before you start with the extra set take the break
- now fulfil the set as you read before… That means ONE Set of 10 times, e.g. 10 Thread the Needle
Notes
- You can try to increase the workout for day 2, 3 and so on of course.
- For Day 2 that would mean each 2 times more per set. For example, 12 Sit Ups instead of 10
